Q: When will I receive my order?

Please take note that most of our products are customized and made to order. It normally takes 4 to 8 business days to print and handcraft your order before shipment. You will receive the tracking information as soon as it's ready. 

After the production period, please expect the following shipping times.

  • USA: 10-20 days
  • CA, UK and AUS: 14-20 Days
  • Rest of the World: 30-45 Days

Please be mindful of possible delays during holidays.

If events occur including but not limited to a delay caused by our courier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control (including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us), we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person.

Q: How do I check the estimated delivery date of a product?

A: You will be given a tracking information so you can track your purchase in the Track my Order page.

Q: The tracking number provided is invalid/not working, what should I do?

A: Tracking information may not yet be available for your order by the time you receive it. Please check back within 5-10 business days after our logistic partners have updated their records.

Q: What if I didn't receive my order?

We offer 100% money back guarantee in the event that you didn't get your order after a maximum of 60 days. All you need to do is send an email to support@kicksmadness.com to coordinate any shipping-related problems and refund request. Read more about our return or refund policy here.

Q: The shoes do not fit! What do I do?

We know that purchasing shoes online could be difficult. So we came up with a 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee - we send you a replacement of up to two size difference. So buy with confidence and in case you need replacement, just send us an email at support@kicksmadness.com and we'll sort it out.
